Refunds & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange a product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be unopened and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
For returns or exchanges, please send us an email on email@example.com or by phone on 056-443-1928 and we will arrange for the product to be collected.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging your item. When your receive your refund, the cost of shipping shall be deducted from your refund.
You will receive a refund for your return within 3 days of collection.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order, please send us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 48 hours with confirmation of cancellation.
As we operate using Cash On Delivery, cancellations prior to shipping will not require a refund. However if your order is out for shipping, please refer to our return policy above.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! Sorry about that! Just contact us by e-mail or phone with information on the wrong product, and we'll send you the correct one free of charge! If we don't have it, we'll send you a store coupon code or refund.
